Alternativet
In order to show voters in the 2019 election that Alternativet is all about enforcing politics aimed to reverse climate change, we put up an election poster in Esbjerg Habour. The poster was slowly flooded by the rising sea levels, and thereby acting as an – although a bit exaggerated – metaphor on the consequences of climate changes.
How do we show voters that Alternativet is serious about creating a sustainable future for new and following generations and at the same time emphasize the consequences of not doing so?
Esbjerg is one of the places in Denmark, which will be hit the hardest by climate change if the oceans continue to rise. At the same time, it is also one of the places with the biggest variation between ebb and flow.
We wanted to use the tide to illustrate how the sea levels might continue to rise as the climate changes.
